Cancellations, Substitutions, and Reschedules for Classes
We understand that there are reasons that are beyond control that may cause our students to either cancel or reschedule their course enrollment. For any cancellations, substitutions or reschedules, written notice must be sent to TechNet training immediately. Any student that wishes to reschedule will be given a 6-month time frame to attend a new training date.
- Rescheduling class Policy: If a student chooses to reschedule their enrollment more than 15 business days prior to the start of class, we will do so with no penalty. If a student chooses to reschedule less than 15 business days prior to the training start date they will be subject to a reschedule fee. The fee will depend on the class and the timing.
- Cancellation Policy: For cancellation notice received more than 15 business days prior to the class date, students may receive either a full refund or reschedule into another class date.
- Fees are not refundable at any time after you joined the course.
- If you have paid full/part fees and attended one or more class; we do not refund fees. Refunds applies to a student who never used our services.
- Technet training reserves all rights to change/cancel/postpone scheduled classes and training locations at any time.
Training Location Options & Changes
Here are our three different delivery options for which you can attend training; attend at one of our established locations, attend via virtual remote using our gear, attend via virtual remote using your own gear.
If you decide to change training method within 2 weeks of class start date, there will be a $100 change fee. The fee will need to be paid prior to making any changes.
Job Placement
Technet training does not guarantee students to find work practicum or job, however, the team will assist students at their best capacity to land a job/work placement.
Training Materials/Equipments
- You will be using your own laptop/desktop/Operating system/devices/systems and we do not provide expertise on how to use them. It is expected you do know prior to joining the program or consult our office for better guidance.
- Students will be responsible for their software licenses and applications needed for a program. We do not provide software licenses.
- Training material will be provided for the course that is signed up to the learners.
Acceptance
By accepting our Terms and Conditions, the individual listed (the “registrant”) certifies that he/she is authorized to obligate his/her company to pay for the participant(s) registered to attend the course(s).
The registrant fully understands the cancellation policy and agrees to the terms herein.
Business to Business
As a business-to-business knowledge solutions provider, Technet provides services only to customers that are sponsored by an employer, such as a business, government agency, or non-profit organization. Individual members of the public are not allowed to register directly with Technet training for our services.
Communication Consent
By enrolling at Technet training, participants consent to receive communications from the institute by email, text message, telephone, or other electronic means for the duration of their program and in future for relevant programs.
We collect and use contact information for educational and administrative purposes only.
Prospective students who voluntarily provide their contact information through inquiries, applications, event registrations, or other forms may be contacted periodically by Technet for program information, updates, and marketing purposes. Prospective participants may opt out of receiving marketing communications at any time.
